This agreement is an important step to further commercialize our fingerprint technology.”

Precise BioMatch Mobile integrates fingerprint matching functionality for smartphones and tablets.

It is also optimized for small touch sensors in mobile environments through a unique hybrid algorithm.

Additionally, Can Durmaz has joined Precise Biometrics’ nomination committee following Uno Jonsson’s decision to leave the committee due to personal reasons.

Following the principles set out at the annual general meeting, Durmaz joins Precise Biometrics’ other committee members and three major shareholders, Torgils Knutsson Bonde, Robert Andersson and Torgny Hellström.

In total, the four committee members represent 4.3 million shares through their own holdings and companies.
