SpeechPro’s VoiceKey biometric product line eliminates the need for customers to use passwords, and instead, verifies the customer’s unique voice biometric to grant access to applications.
The biometric process helps improve customer experience while also reducing call center costs and the possibility of fraud.
SpeechPro offers text dependent and text independent technologies, a flexible application platform, and an anti-spoofing “liveness detection” capability, combined with a high level of accuracy.
