March 28, 2016 -

Aurionpro Solutions Ltd. announced it has partnered with ValidSoft to deploy its ‘User Authentication’ voice biometrics solution across their line of digital innovation products and solutions.

Now in full integration phase for several use cases and operational workflows for the banking and financial services industry, Aurionpro is using ValidSoft’s voice biometrics technology for secure authentication and improved user experience across a customer engagement lifecycle.

By integrating ValidSoft as an authentication layer, Aurionpro’s line of Digital Innovation products (which include Digital Branch DX, Queue Management and Digital Signage DX) enable the company to offer a wide range of digital transactions to customers.

ValidSoft’s voice authentication system includes a full and flexible enrolment module that supports multiple enrolment techniques, including app-based, telephony and web based, all of which can be secured.

The system allows organizations to create and deploy multiple enrolment processes that meet the unique needs of their customers.

The partnership also ensures Aurionpro can seamlessly secure multiple digital channels across a business.

“Intelligent authentication and voice biometrics have a big role to play in accelerating digital innovation, securely and efficiently,” said Nirav Shah, chief operating officer and global head of digital innovation at Aurionpro. “The addressable market potential is enormous. With ValidSoft, we are now able to deliver a seamless and personalized experience for consumers across multiple channels through our Digital Innovation offerings. We believe this collaboration will give our clients the ability to offer immersive digital experiences to their consumers.”

Aurionpro’s integration of ValidSoft’s voice biometrics solution are used in a range of applications, including digital branch mobile app authentication, customer interaction management, and enterprise identity and access management.

“We are delighted to partner with Aurionpro, a company that has clearly recognised the importance of next level customer and employee experience,” said Pat Carroll, CEO for ValidSoft. “With this latest phase of integration, Aurionpro have clearly identified the value of our intelligent authentication solution and how using ValidSoft as an authentication layer across their portfolio can drive even greater value to their digital transformation solutions.
