Fingerprint Cards launches capacitive touch sensor for Android, Windows devices
Fingerprint Cards has just announced the launch of its FPC1020 capacitive touch fingerprint sensor for smartphones and tablets using Android, as well as the Windows operating system.
The first planned deliveries of engineering samples of this sensor are planned for the coming weeks.

Fingerprint Cards has seen massive growth in the mobile space as of late.
Reported previously, Fujitsu recently launched six mobile phones with embedded Fingerprint Card swipe sensors.
Also, Pantech launched a new phablet earlier this year with an FPC sensor. This represented the first phablet integration for Fingerprint Cards.
