ArmorVox10 voice biometrics solution wins iAward

 

Auraya Systems announced that its flagship voice biometrics product ArmorVox10 has won the “best and most innovative solution” in the iAwards new product category.

Hosted by partners Australian Computer Society, Australian Information Industry Association and the Pearcey Foundation, the annual iAwards recognizes the achievements of both technology companies and leading professionals in the ICT industry.

AmorVox10 is the “world’s only product to fuse text-dependent, text-independent, text-prompted, fast cross matching speaker identification and, now, gender detection in a single software license,” according to the press release.

Leveraging Auraya’s proprietary Speaker Adaptive Voice biometrics technology, ArmorVox10 is designed to be deployed by the company’s global partners, including Sensiple, Identico, FST Biometrics, among others.

“This strategy has required Auraya to [develop] new technologies,” said Dr. Clive Summerfield, CEO and founder of Auraya. “Specifically, Auraya has developed ArmorVoxOptimizer, a unique and proprietary technology that enables ArmorVox10 to optimise performance to the language, accent and communications environment of the population of enrolled speakers. This is critical for global deployment into multilingual markets.”

The solution lowers the cost of tuning and optimizes voice biometrics technologies for partners so they are able to adhere to their regional application and linguistic requirements.

Both ArmorVox10’s core Speaker Adaptive Voice Biometrics and ArmorVoxOptimizer technologies are currently under patents granted and pending in Australia and internationally.
