SEKUR.me integrates Apple Touch ID and Samsung fingerprint recognition into app

SEKUR Me, Inc. announced it has integrated Apple Touch ID and Samsung fingerprint recognition feature into its SEKUR.me patented mobile online payment app.

Using the SEKUR.me app, consumers can securely purchase items by scanning their fingerprint in as little as five seconds, operating in a similar way to Apple Pay service but only for online purchases.

The SEKUR.me app with fingerprint recognition bypasses laborious process of filling out checkout forms on e-commerce sites, which requires users to enter information such as billing and shipping addresses and credit card data.

Users are able to make purchases with a single click by selecting the product or scanning a QR code and using their fingerprint to confirm the payment.

The app eliminates the need for usernames and passwords by integrating commercial-grade multi-factor authentication, which uses the smartphone’s unique hardware and the user’s unique fingerprint.

Additionally, the seamless and fast transaction process eliminates the many online shopping steps that are often associated with filling out checkout forms, where consumers can opt out and abandon their shopping carts.

Sekur Me can also be integrated into other IOS and Android apps for easy and secure login.

In addition to the online payment app, Sekur Me also released the SEKUR eHealth solution which is designed specifically for the heathcare industry.

“With SEKUR eHealth, there is nothing to steal,” Jack Bicer, founder and CEO of SEKUR Me Inc. “Our eHealth solution does not contain any PII or PHI, and supports HIPAA/HITRUST as well as PCI.”
