Fingerprint Cards exec resigns, Q1 interim report conference call announced


Henrik Sundell, Fingerprint Cards’ (FPC) General Counsel and member of the executive management team announced he will be leaving the company this spring.

Sundell joined FPC in the spring of 2015 and has also served as secretary of the FPC Board of Directors.

“Henrik Sundell is a very competent and capable General Counsel who has brought substantial value to the company,” said Jörgen Lantto, President and CEO of Fingerprint Cards. “We wish him all the luck when he now moves on.”

FPC has started the process of appointing a new General Counsel.

Q1 interim report

FPC will host a conference call by CEO Jörgen Lantto and CFO Johan Wilsby at 15:00 CET on Thursday, April 28, 2016 to discuss its interim report for the first quarter of 2016.

The conference call will be held in English and will begin with a short presentation of the report followed by a question-and-answer session. The conference call can be attended online and listeners are offered the possibility to post questions.
