Voximplant launches speech recognition-powered automated call campaign service

Cloud communications platform Voximplant has announced the launch of a web service which integrates robust voice recognition capabilities with outbound call campaigns. Smartcalls leverages Google Cloud and Amazon Polly to recognize and understand human speech, enabling businesses to design complex call scenarios with an easy-to-use visual editor, according to the announcement.

Call scenarios are assembled with logical blocks that represent actions taken by the automated system, and Smartcalls also comes with several pre-assembled scenarios which can be customized to meet enterprise customer needs. Scenarios are then deployed in campaigns managed with settings for call delivery time, multiple call groups, and other variables.

“Our data shows that using Smartcalls can be up to three times less expensive than using human operators, and the service can reduce the cost of maintaining a call center by at least 25 percent,” said Vasily Sazhko, Smartcalls Product Director, Voximplant. “At the same time, Smartcalls completely removes the human factor in outgoing call campaigns, taking away human error in dialing and call execution and delivering greater reliability and efficiency for businesses.”

Smartcalls is available to businesses in Europe and North America.
