Precise Biometrics has partnered with Sweden-based sustainable community property manager Sehlhall Fastigheter to create a residential access system with biometric facial recognition from Precise YOUNiQ. Sehlhall is the first real estate company to use Precise’s technology, according to a company announcement.

Precise YOUNiQ provides convenient and secure access to facilities, Precise says, using artificial intelligence to verify the individual through face biometric data. Selhall is focusing its efforts on combating the spread of infection and promoting a safe environment for residents using architecture, design and technical solutions.

“With Precise technology for face recognition, we continue to modernize Sweden’s social infrastructure,” said Dan T. Sehlberg, President and CEO of Sehlhall Fastigheter.

“We look forward to being a part of Sehlhall’s mission to create safe and infection-proof community service properties,” said Precise Biometrics CEO, Stefan K. Persson. “Our technology provides unbeatable convenience, while ensuring that the right people have access to the right parts of the property. As these functions are highly important in this kind of properties, Precise’s technology can create great value for all operations in this segment.”

Precise YOUNiQ was integrated with Telcred Access Manager in October, and the company has been increasingly focused on meeting demand for biometric access control.
