Ethan Ayer has been an IT, Internet and information security investor since he joined venture capital firm Allegra Partners. Before joining Resilient Networks, first as an investor and later as the CFO, Ethan was a partner at One Equity Partners and Milestone Venture Partners. He served on the Boards of CyberTrust (sold to Verizon), Telwares and Worktopia.com. Ethan started his career at Merrill Lynch & Co. in Structured Finance. He received a Master’s Degree from Cambridge University, and a Bachelor’s from Harvard College.
