ValidSoft has appointed Adrian Kelly as its new Chief Product Officer.

This represents the first appointment from Paul Burmester, who joined as ValidSoft’s new CEO last year.

According to the company, Kelly brings over 20 years of experience in a range of leadership roles and will lead Product and Development teams at ValidSoft.

Before coming to ValidSoft, Kelly was at one point SVP for product marketing solutions at SpinVox (now Nuance Communications). More recently, he was the Director of Products and Services at Sage Group.

“Adrian Kelly has repeatedly proven his ability to positively impact leading edge technology companies, driving product, revenue and market share growth on a global stage,” Burmester said. “His focus on developing and delivering market leading product offerings will be invaluable in building on and commercializing the best-in-class technology that ValidSoft has developed in recent years. Our enhanced product offerings and strategy, combined with a brand name that resonates globally as a leader and trusted advisor in addressing sophisticated fraud and authentication issues with our clients and partners, will play a key part in the next phase of our growth.”

Late last year, ValidSoft joined the FIDO Alliance.

In November 2013, ValidSoft was awarded a UK patent for its dual-wireless network SSID authentication system, which is particularly suited to mobile applications in wireless settings.
