FST21 has announced that it has just rebranded to FST Biometrics.

As a part of this initiative, the company says it will further concentrate its efforts on its In Motion Identification technology. FST Biometrics’ products, including IMID Access, IMID Digital Doorman and IMID Solo, will offer enterprises, campuses, venues and facilities secure access, at the speed of life.

“As our team continues to establish our global presence, I believe this rebrand highlights our commitment to exceptional security and seamlessly convenient access in populated cities around the world. As the global population continues to grow, a need has surfaced for secure access to places, facilities and information without sacrificing one’s way of life in lieu of restrictive security measures,” Major-General Aharon Zeevi Farkash, Founder and CEO, FST Biometrics said. “We are all looking forward to FST Biometrics’ expanding business and technology advancements over the next year in the global market.”

FST Biometrics products use a fusion of biometric and analytic technologies that include facial recognition, behavior analysis and voice recognition.

Reported previously in BiometricUpdate.com, FST21 recently raised $5 million for its facial and voice recognition surveillance system, and has planned to use the capital to increase its U.S. distribution. The company also recently opened an office at 7 World Trade Center in NYC.
