Iris ID announces integration with DAQ Electronics

 

Iris ID Systems has announced that DAQ Electronics has joined its Iris ID Certified PartnerPrgram and will demonstrate the IrisAccess 7000 series device as an integrated biometric solution with DAQ’s StarWatch SMS integrated security management solution at ISC West 2014.

Today is the last day of ISC West, currently taking place at the Sands Convention Center in Las Vegas.  DAQ’s demonstration takes place in booth #15137.

“We look forward to our relationship with DAQ and are very pleased that our devices are a part of their integrated solution,” Charles Koo, President and CEO of Iris ID Systems said. “Our field-proven IrisAccess systems, the world’s most advanced and widely deployed iris recognition platform, the IrisAccess 7000 series is designed to meet the increased market demand for it is iris based biometrics.”

According to the company, the IrisAccess 7000 achieves enrollment and recognition in less than one second. The IrisAccess iCAM 7100 Series expands on the capabilities of the base iCAM 7000 model.

“The versatile and easily-integrated Iris Access iCAM 7000 series iris recognition reader solutions will be an important contribution to the DAQ access control platform,” Chris Sincock, VP of security business for DAQ Electronics said. “Iris ID iris readers offer the maximum level of biometric protection, versatility, simple operation, and cost efficiency that we need in our access control systems.”

Reported previously in BiometricUpdate.com, Iris ID has also recently announced integrations for its iCA 7000 series reader with SekureID and with the Will-Burt Company.
