ABC Financial integrates biometrics into software
Health and fitness software and billing firm ABC Financial Services announced it has made several improvements to their DataTrak software and MYiCLUBonline, including integration of a fingerprint check-in solution.
The latest upgrade includes advances to the agreement section of MYiCLUBonline, along with the addition of a cardless check-in via an Identity One biometric system.
The new features will be demonstrated through ABC’s interactive displays at the International Health, Racquet & Sportsclub Association tradeshow in Los Angeles, held March 11-14.
The premium version of MYiCLUBonline allows members to upgrade their agreement online without assistance from health club staff.
Upon completing an upgrade agreement in MYiCLUBonline, members will be able to sign on via fingerprint on their mobile device.
A copy of the completed agreement is emailed to the member as well as stored in DataTrak and in ABC’s imaging system, where it can be accessed when needed.
In addition, billing statements and available club amenities are automatically update in the member’s account once they complete the agreement upgrade.
Biometric fingerprint check-in offers a rapid, secure and cost effective alternative to the previous system of issuing new keytags when they are lost.
The system also enables management to know who is in their club at all times, as biometrics cannot be shared among multiple people.
“We are excited to unveil our latest software upgrades and eager to showcase our enhancements to the attendees at IHRSA,” said Steve Ayers, chief revenue officer at ABC Financial. “ABC prides itself on being the industry leader in software. Our clients deserve the latest and most cutting edge improvements in software, and that is what ABC Financial provides. These enhancements further solidify that position,” said Ayers.
