Fingerprint Cards to hold AGM May 4

 

Fingerprint Cards (FPC) announced that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at Hotel Gothia Towers in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Shareholders wishing to attend the AGM must be entered in the share register maintained by Euroclear Sweden AB by Thursday, April 28, 2016, and notify the Company of their intention to attend by no later than April 28, 2016, at 4:00 p.m. via the company’s website (www.fingerprints.com/arsstamma), by telephoning +46 8 518 01 553 or by post.

In February, Zwipe and Fingerprint Cards announced a strategic partnership that will see the companies take a leading role in developing the biometric smartcards market for the payments industry through joint marketing activities around events and launches of smartcard related products and providing industry thought leadership.
