Genie CCTV has announced a partnership with FST Biometrics to offer the In Motion Identification solution in the UK.

Genie CCTV provides design, development, manufacture and distribution of HD-SXI, network IP, analogue, access control and cctv security solutions.

FST Biometrics’ IMID technology combines facial recognition with body behavior biometric analytics and voice analytics, providing a non-invasive and highly secure system. The technology is able to identify authorised individuals from a distance, and in-motion.

The technology uses FST Biometrics’ core software, IMID Access, which serves as the backbone of In Motion Identification, providing identity management and access control solutions, advanced visitor management, fraud detection, remote monitoring and much more.

“We are delighted to be partnering with FST Biometrics,” said Steve Baker, Genie CEO. ” This is a great opportunity for us to widen our access control product portfolio and implement this cutting edge technology into our upcoming projects. We see a real benefit of this technology in corporate office buildings, university campuses, data centres and stadiums and I hope we can demonstrate the benefits of this solution to our customers.”

“Genie have the ability and technical awareness to support and promote FST’s fully proven “in motion” identification system,” said Arie Melamed Yekel, CMO at FST Biometrics. “They will provide an important strategic partnership for FST, which we are sure will become extremely successful.”
