Fingerprint Cards announces first product launch with FPC1028 sensor
Fingerprint Cards‘ touch sensor FPC1028 has been integrated in Huawei’s recently launched Maimang 6 smartphone.
This is the first product launch with the FPC1028.
“I’m delighted to see our industry-leading technology featured in this launch, said Ted Hansson, SVP, Business Line Mobile, at Fingerprints. “Not only is this the first commercial smartphone launch with FPC1028, yet again we’ve been chosen by Huawei and continue our strong and long-term relation with one of the industry’s largest players.”
In other company news, Vivo X20 recently launched with the FPC1035 sensor.
Just last week, Fingerprint Cards projected the company’s third quarter revenue to fall in the range of US$100.3 – 105.3 million, which is in line with the previous quarter.
