Garner Insights releases healthcare biometrics market report

 

Garner Insights has published its report on the “Global Healthcare Biometric Market Size, Status and Forecast 2025.”

The report provides forecasts as well as research and analysis of the development status of the markets in the U.S., EU, Japan, China, India, and Southeast Asia. It segments the market according to biometric modality, including face, fingerprint, and iris recognition, but also vein, palm geometry, and behavioural recognition and others. It also analyzes the market as segmented between hospital, research institute, and laboratory applications.

Garner focuses on leaders in the global market, including NEC Corporation, Fujitsu, 3M, MorphoTrust, Imprivata, Suprema, BIO-key International, Crossmatch, Hitachi Ltd., Integrated Biometrics, Genkey Solutions B.V., Agnitio, Nuance Communications, and Qualcomm Technologies.

Market Research Engine predicted last summer that the global healthcare biometrics market will grow by 19.2 percent CAGR from 2016 to 2022 to more than $2.8 billion.
