Innovatrics releases customer authentication and onboarding solution

Innovatrics has introduced its Digital Onboarding Toolkit (DOT), a ready-to-deploy solution that integrates optical character recognition and facial biometrics into a mobile application.

According to a company statement, the fully automated customer authentication and onboarding solution is designed for banks, commercial institutions, and organizations looking to streamline the digital onboarding of customers. Developers and integrators can easily customize the platform according to the needs of their clients.

Depending on the complexity of the onboarding process, the entire transaction of creating an account can be accomplished within a few minutes.

In three steps – taking a photo of an ID, confirming the data, verifying identity by taking a selfie – companies can get the required data for Know Your Customer and risk purposes minus the high probability of human-related errors and added costs.

“Innovatrics’ progressive facial biometrics technology enhances a customer’s data privacy and safety while using your mobile application, thereby, significantly reducing the incidence of identity theft and fraud plaguing the fast-changing digital world,” explained Peter Martis, director of Innovatrics Products.
