Two new smartphones feature Fingerprint Cards’ sensors

Fingerprint Cards announced that two new smartphones were recently launched featuring FPC fingerprint sensors.

Huawei’s new Honor 10 GT is a GPU Turbo version of previous announced Honor 10 and comes with the FPC1267 sensor. Xiaomi’s Redmi 6 Pro, the more powerful version of Redmi 6 series, comes with the FPC1028.

Last month FPC announced its sensors were featured in Huawei’s Honor Play, Xiaomi’s Redmi 6, Moto’s Z3 Play and Meitu’s T9.

The Swedish biometrics company recently launched FPC1511, a fourth-generation fingerprint sensor the company says is designed to enable easy integration of fingerprint sensors in the smartphone market.
