SEED Group partnership helps Touché expand its reach in the Middle East

Touché has signed a cooperation agreement with Dubai-based SEED Group to expand the reach of its fingerprint biometric payment and loyalty management solution in the Middle East. SEED Group is a diversified group of companies owned and chaired by The Private Office of Sheikh Saeed bin Ahmed Al Maktoum that establishes strategic partnerships with firms in various sectors to accelerate their presence within the Middle East.

Through this agreement, Touché hopes to leverage the local expertise of SEED Group to reach potential target customers, bringing personalized and seamless experiences to more merchants and consumers in the region. The company recently received a Commercial License issued by the Department of Economic Development in Dubai to engage in commercial trade activity in the UAE.

Headquartered in Singapore, with offices in Barcelona, Tokyo and now Dubai, Touché’s device and a software solution delivers secure, convenient and personalized point-of-sale transaction services using fingerprints or recurring cards and also connects and manages loyalty programs. The data analytics component gives merchants access to historical and predictive purchasing habits and buying patterns of customers.

“We are delighted that such a high calibre and impressive organization as SEED Group will be supporting Touché in redefining point-of-sale transactions in the Middle East,” commented said Sahba Saint-Claire, CEO and co-founder of Touché. “The partnership, together with our incorporation in the UAE with our trading license, will bring a new dimension to personalisation in the region, where customers can enjoy unique in-store experiences.”

The partnership between Touché and SEED Group is supported by Enterprise Singapore.
