Mitek ID verification technology helps Flexi-Fi fast-track credit applications

Flexi-Fi is deploying Mitek‘s mobile capture and digital identity verification software solution as part of its customer onboarding process to keep its partners KYC compliant and ensure data privacy.

According to the announcement, Mitek’s Mobile Verify solution helps the Flexi-Fi credit assessment team make decisions in seconds and with more confidence. The Irish retail payments provider expects this biometric onboarding deployment to result in an increase in daily credit applications.

“The integration of Mitek’s Mobile Verify functionality into our application process has dramatically improved customer experience and has resulted in quicker application processing times which will be welcome news to retailers and customers alike,” says PJ Byrne, CEO at Flexi-Fi. “Mitek also saves us time and resources as our credit assessment team is able to make more accurate decisions in real time. Mitek reported a revenue increase of 40 percent year-over-year for Q2 2019 to a company-best $20 million on growth in both its mobile capture and digital identity portfolios.
