Martin Zizi, MD-PhD, is the founder and CEO of Aerendir. Martin is the inventor of the Neuro Print, a cloudless physiological biometrics technology for authentication, identification and encryption. The NP extracts a unique proprioceptive signature from micro-vibrational patterns in the user’s hands, using the accelerometers and the gyroscopes that are standard in today’s mobile devices. This solution can be used as a standalone authentication or to add new authentication and encryption functions to an existing schema. Neuro Print users can be safely authenticated across the many applications on the device, from online payments to the IoT. The NP can also recognize if the signal is being generated by a human or an AI/bot. All computation remains at all times in the device without the need of the cloud. Martin Zizi graduated summa cum laude from Université Catholique de Louvain Medical School (Belgium). He did his professorship thesis and postgraduate work at KULeuven University (Belgium). Martin did postdoctoral fellowships at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (MD, USA), in the Department of Nephrology, where he researched ion transport, G-proteins, intracellular trafficking, biotoxins, and biodefense. He also did advanced studies on mitochondria, cell metabolism and protein-protein interactions at the University of Maryland (UMCP, MD, USA), where he studied mitochondria, cell metabolism and protein-protein interactions Martin Zizi initiated his career in both academics and in strategic projects for the Belgium government and international organizations. Martin Zizi has 24 patents in various fields from artificial intelligence, signal analysis, open-air photometry to molecular biology. Aerendir Inc. is his second tech organization in Silicon Valley.
