OMICS Group announces 2nd International Conference on Biometrics and Biostatistics

The OMICS Group has announced its second International Conference and Exhibition on Biometrics & Biostatistics, set to take place June 10-12 at the Hilton Chicago Northbrook in Illinois.

According to the group, this event gives the opportunity to participate in a congress with fellow colleagues, delegates, exhibitors and leading scientists in the field of Biometrics and Biostatistics. The scientific program will focus on current advances in research and serves as a catalyst for the advancement of Biostatistics and Biometrics.

This year’s conference also promises a focus on medical and clinical biostatistics, computer science and systems biology, sampling techniques, multi-modal biometric systems and current trends. The conference will be organized around a central theme of new research strategies in biometrics and biostatistics.

Speakers for this year’s event include Ronald Wasserstein, Executive Director of the American Statistical Association; Ejaz Ahmed, Professor and Dean of Brock University, Adelin Albert, Professor of Biostatistics at the University of Liege; and Richard Charnigo, Associate Professor at the University of Kentucky.

OMICS is also currently inviting abstracts and session or speaker recommendations for this conference and submissions can be sent up until one month before the conference.

Registration for this event is now open online and offers packages for both academics and business. The early bird rate ends this week, on March 29, 2013.
