Novetta Solutions launches new info exploitation platform

Novetta Solutions has just launched its new information exploitation platform, Novetta eXit.

The company, which calls itself “experts in solving sensitive, massive-scale problems” says the new platform is meant as a one-stop solution engineered to extract value from information. In particular, says the company, its first three eXits cover professional services and products focused on Novetta’s core competencies: Identity intelligence, big data strategies and cyber analytics.

In particular, its identity analytics platform – eXit 100 — is meant to manage online exposure, find and characterize publicly-accessible data and to identify anomalous behaviors in social media. This platform also enables the deployment of large-scale and robust identity management and biometric systems.

“Through the use of synthetic biometric images and spoof fabrication, eXit 100 will mitigate legal, privacy, and data-sharing challenges during evaluation of biometric/identity systems,” says the company.  “Novetta’s customers can now locate current technologies using a simplified, more enhanced platform that easily maps to the products and services they are looking for.”

Reported previously, Novetta recently acquired the International Biometric Group, LLC, a provider of identity intelligence services and solutions to government and commercial clients.

This particular transaction was picked as one of the most significant acquisitions of 2012 by the editors of BiometricUpdate.com.
