Opus Research adds Tim Moynihan as Senior Analyst

Opus Research has announced that Tim Moynihan has joined the team as Senior Analyst and Project Leader.

According to the company, Moynihan brings 25 years of experience in marketing strategy for leading communications, speech and computing technology companies, including Intel, Envox and Empirix.

“I consider this a transformational hire for Opus Research,” Dan Miller, founder and senior analyst at Opus Research said. “I’ve worked with Tim as a client dating back to 2000, and we’ve proven to be a highly productive team for product marketing and strategy setting assignments. He operates at a high energy level with a focus on helping firms grow product revenues, expand marketing channels and compete more effectively.”

“I am delighted to be joining Opus Research at a very exciting time,” Moynihan said. “The Conversational Commerce business is showing very positive growth, and there is a significant opportunity to lead in the key focus areas, such as voice biometrics, mobile solutions and personal virtual assistants.”

Reported previously in BiometricUpdate.com, Opus Research and ValidSoft recently published a research report on mobile commerce and authentication, arguing that voice biometrics belongs in multi-factor environments.
