Precise Biometrics announced that it received the 2015 Global Fingerprint Biometrics for Mobile Devices Customer Value Leadership Award last week at the Frost & Sullivan Best Practices Award Ceremony in Seoul, South Korea.

“As one of the pioneers in fingerprint technology, we are delighted to receive the Frost & Sullivan award for leadership in fingerprint biometrics for mobile devices,” said Simon Kang, Precise Biometrics’ local representative.

“We have gained the trust by both leading and upcoming vendors through our high performance fingerprint software that provides the best combination of user convenience, speed and security,” said Kang. “We continue to create innovate solutions that enable easy integration of fingerprint technology in Android devices, and look forward to contribute to the fast development of this technology.

Previously reported, Precise Biometrics announced that its smart card reader Tactivo has, through UK partner Isosec and Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, made the finalists at the EHI 2015 Awards for Excellence in Mobile Healthcare.
