NEXT Biometrics requests transfer to Oslo Stock Exchange main list

 

The board of NEXT Biometrics passed a resolution to apply to transfer the listing of the company’s shares from Oslo Axess to the Oslo Stock Exchange main list. The application was sent to the Oslo Stock Exchange on 11 November 2015.

NEXT BIOMETRICS GROUP ASA is a publicly listed company headquartered in Oslo, Norway and with sales, support and development subsidiaries in Seattle, Silicon Valley, Taipei, Prague and Shanghai.

Previously reported, NEXT Biometrics will be presenting a number of applications at the upcoming Cartes Expo in Paris, including its NEXUS Smartphone design with a full-size fingerprint sensor on the back of the smartphone.
