MorphoTrust CSO bringing identity and security expertise to Brandeis University’s Graduate Professional Studies advisory board

Dennis Kallelis, chief security officer at MorphoTrust USA (Safran) has been selected to serve as a member on Brandeis University’s Graduate Professional Studies (GPS) advisory board for the Master of Science in Information Security program.

The GPS advisory board provides strategic input and expertise about the latest trends and insights from their particular industries. Board members also evaluate curriculum content to ensure that GPS graduates have the required skills to be leaders in their fields.

Kallelis was invited to serve on the GPS advisory board along with other leading experts from Sonatype, Harvard University and Intel.

Kallelis will assist with the information security and insider threat components of the program and will also bring extensive experience in computer science, privacy, identity solutions, security standards (ISO, ANSI, NASPO), biometrics and document forensics.

In addition to serving the board in an advising capacity, Kallelis will assist with the board’s “Ask the Expert” program, which encourages industry experts speaking with students first-hand about their respective industry and fielding questions.

Kallelis commented, “Brandeis University is renowned as one of the country’s leading universities for producing industry ready graduates that have the skills to make corporations competitive, and it is an honor to serve as an advisor to its Graduate Professional Studies board.”

Advisory members serve four years, with an option for two additional years.
