NuData recognized for contributions to advancing electronic payments

NuDetect by NuData Security has been recognized as a 2016 Pay Awards winner in the Judges’ Choice category.

The awards are presented annually by Paybefore, whose publications cover the latest news, commentary and analysis for prepaid, mobile and emerging payments industry professionals.

NuDetect is an advanced online fraud detection engine based on continuous behavioral analysis and compiled behavioral biometric data. Combined with enhanced device and location intelligence and then compared across intelligence networks, the resulting user profile offers unparalleled insight into every user event allowing clients to predict fraud before critical decisions and improve customer experience for trusted good users.

“We believe that greater security can be achieved without sacrificing the user experience,” said Michel Giasson, the CEO of NuData Security. “Integrating behavioral analytics with biometric verification, device/connection intelligence and realtime entity linking makes NuDetect the best and most friction-free authentication method on the market. We are honored to be the recipient of the Paybefore’s recognition of excellence, highlighting the industry values that we have to offer.”

NuDetect will vie for Best-in-Category distinction, announced during the Pay Awards ceremony on March 21 at the All Payments Expo.

Last year, Info Security Products Guide named NuData Security’s online fraud detection engine NuDetect as the Gold Winner of the 2015 Global Excellence Awards in the “security products and solutions for online and e-commerce” category.
