Green Bit to showcase new biometric products at Global Identity Summit

Green Bit will introduce a new product family called DactyID along with its new fingerprint anti-spoofing software at the Global Identity Summit 2016, which will take place next week in Tampa, FL.

The brand new DactyID family has been designed for the fast expanding market of digital transactions and added value e-services, which include banking, healthcare, and commerce.

The new product is a compact single-finger FAP 20 FBI/PIV livescan, offering a superior built-in patented liveness finger detection system. It is available in two versions: as a desktop unit and also as an OEM version for integration in third-party systems. The product, when combined with the firm’s DactyMatch SW package, can create an excellent solution for a secure identification.

Green Bit will also be showcasing a new MultiScan_SDK add-on called the GBT_FFD-DIEE. This fake-finger detection feature can be used on the flagship Green Bit product DactyScan84c and does not require any physical upgrade or hardware modification.

According to the company, the algorithms are capable of learning during use, thus improving efficiency over time. The new package has been developed in collaboration with the Electronic Engineering Department of Cagliari University.

Green Bit will be demonstrating its new products at booth 515, from September 19 to 22, during the event at the Tampa Convention Center.
