Imprivata showcasing new secure authentication solutions at healthcare conference

Imprivata is showcasing its comprehensive identity and authentication platform, Imprivata Confirm ID, and its full suite of solutions for enabling healthcare providers to access, communicate and transact patient health information securely and conveniently at the Cerner Health Conference this week in Kansas City, Missouri.

Imprivata Confirm ID enables fast, secure authentication for electronic prescribing of controlled substances (EPCS), clinical workflows and remote access by allowing providers to meet DEA and state-level requirements for EPCS while ensuring a fast, efficient workflow.

At the conference, Imprivata will also display its full suite of solutions, including: Imprivata PatientSecure, a biometrics-based patient identification solution; Imprivata Cortext, which enables care providers to communicate across their mobile device, tablet, or desktop, and; Imprivata OneSign, a single-sign on solution.

Previously reported, Adventist Health System (AHS), one of the largest faith-based healthcare systems in the United States, recently deployed Imprivata PatientSecure to improve patient safety and eliminate duplicate patient medical records.
