Identiverse sponsors and exhibitors grow by 27 percent in first year since name change

Identiverse has presented highlights from the recent edition of its annual identity conference, formerly known as Cloud Identity Summit. The event was held in Boston, and featured more than 200 sessions from identity experts, and keynotes from representatives of organizations including Facebook, GE, Salesforce, Amazon, and MIT.

The event experienced a 27 percent growth in sponsors and exhibitors, with participation from organizations including Optiv, Microsoft, Google, IDMWORKS, KPMG, Auth0, Radiant Logic, and Tuebora.

“The enthusiasm from attendees at this year’s event reinforced that Identiverse has become the ultimate place for the identity community to convene and network. The energy found in each session, conference activities and hallway conversations left me really excited to watch what will unfold across the industry in the coming months,” said Andre Durand, CEO of Ping Identity and founder of the Identiverse conference.

Keynote highlights included Sage VP of Artificial Intelligence Kriti Sharma and Microsoft Director of Identity Standards Pamela Dingle on “Identity Diversity and Artificial Intelligence,” Optiv Client Director Richard Bird with “Out Gunned, Out Manned, Out Maneuvered: Why Identity-Centric Security is the Only Way to Win,” and Pen Test Partners Partner and Founder Ken Munro on “The Insecurity of Things: Identity to the Rescue!”
