LumenVox and VoiceTrust merge operations

 

Speech automation solutions company LumenVox and VoiceTrust today announced that they have merged their operations.

According to the announcement, this partnership will enable an acceleration of growth through the combination of VoiceTrust’s deep expertise of multi-modal biometric authentication and the high-performance core speech capability of LumenVox. The merger also creates scale, with resources and substantial funding availability to invest and innovate. The new company has a global presence with a talented workforce and an established partner ecosystem.

The new company will be majority owned by Dutch private equity firm Ramphastos Investments.
