Laxton appoints new VP to head up European office in Amsterdam

Laxton announced today that Nick Perkins has joined Laxton Group as Vice President: Europe and will head up the new European office in Amsterdam.

Perkins previously held senior positions at Bytes Systems Integration, and FrontRange Solutions.

“I am excited to join Laxton Group to bolster the global growth phase of the organization,” commented Nick Perkins. “My role as Vice President: Europe will further expand the global footprint of Laxton Group, with the expansion of the European market under my remit, based out of Amsterdam. I will also be working closely with the team at Laxton to enhance the solution portfolio for the Citizen Identity, Elections and SelfService markets, positioning end to end solution and implementation capabilities for the group.”

Laxton Group supplied an end-to-end election solution for the recent municipal elections in Mozambique. The Laxton election solution includes biometric voter registration hardware and software; a central voter management system; registration and election day supplies; election officer training; supply-chain management, and; in-country project management and technical support.
