London, United Kingdom

The European Banking Forum will be returning for its seventeenth year in May 2019. This event will seek to uphold its reputation as a forum which is distinctively designed for leaders to meet, engage and discuss the key issues affecting the retail banking industry in Europe.

The event brings together up to 200 leaders from across retail banking to discuss the biggest challenges currently facing their market, including digital transformation, changing consumer demands, the rise of Fintechs, and new technologies.

The forum is pleased to welcome a speaking faculty which is inclusive of senior representatives from a selection of the top banks across Europe. These industry leaders are equipped with a wide range of expertise to ensure each and every topic on the agenda is presented to its full potential. The topics set to be discussed touch on a wide variety of issues, delivered from unique perspectives.

2019’s event has been created to answer rather than just solely discuss the most pressing challenges arising from this new digital landscape. Therefore each session will equip delegates with practical examples of issues facing the market and how to overcome them through a series of case studies, panel debates, fireside chats and roundtable discussions.

This unique banking event enables senior executives from technology, Innovation, Business development and customer experience from the leading retail banks in Europe to evaluate and discuss solutions that will help increase customer acquisition and retention and improve operational efficiency.
