Angel Integrates IVR Into LexisNexis Identity Proofing And Voice Biometrics Solutions

Cloud-based customer engagement management provider, Angel, has recently announced that their interactive voice technology has been integrated with LexisNexis to give rise to LexisNexis IVR on Demand for Identity Proofing and Voice Biometrics. LexisNexis already provides identity proofing and multi-factor authentication to their clients. With the new integration, LexisNexis IVR is able to incorporate voice recognition alongside the other identity authentication.

The combination of more than two layers of identity authentication will prove to be useful for high-risk transactions usually taking place in various financial institutions, government agencies and healthcare providers. As the system is cloud-based, LexisNexis clients can easily set up and launch their identity proofing and voice biometrics while still able to provide stronger risk based user verification and authentication.

As Angel’s IVR service is largely software as a service (SaaS), their partners and clients can tailor their solution exactly according to their business needs. The cloud-based solution also does not require any type of software, hardware or additional manpower to make it work. The whole system can quickly adapt to any business from small, medium to even large-scale enterprises with ease.
