GenKey appoints Patrick Gilmore, Director of Sales

GenKey has announced its latest appointment: Patrick Gilmore, as Director of Sales.

Gilmore is a biometrics industry veteran and brings extensive experience in delivering biometric solutions in countries in West Africa, Southern Africa and the Middle East. Prior to GenKey, Gilmore was Senior Vice President at ID Solutions Inc. He’s also held positions as Sales Director at Motorola Printrak, with responsibility for biometric sales in Africa and the Middle East, as well, Gilmore was Vice President EMEA at Datastrip Limited.

“We are pleased to welcome Patrick to Genkey,” Michiel va der Veen, CEO of GenKey said. “and following GenKey’s recent successes in projects across Africa, I am confident that Patrick’s extensive experience in the region will assist with further expansion.

GenKey is headquartered in Netherlands and offers biometric deduplication and biometric verification for large-scale ID management projects.

Today and tomorrow, GenKey will be exhibiting at ID World Abu Dhabi 2013. Arnd Langguth, the company’s current Director of Sales will speak about a new approach for using eID in the private sector, during the session “Secure Ecosystems” tomorrow.
