VoiceTrust partners with BioID to deliver multi-modal biometric authentication solutions

VoiceTrust, announced it has formed a strategic partnership with BioID to provide a full suite of biometric solutions to VoiceTrust customers around the globe.

The agreement gives VoiceTrust exclusive rights to resell BioID‘s biometric modalities through integration into VoiceTrust’s agnostic authentication platform.

In addition to voice, the partnership will expand VoiceTrust’s suite of products to include facial and periocular with liveness detection and iris to transform VoiceTrust into a truly multi-modal biometric authentication provider.

“With this strategic alliance, we are executing on our strategy to deliver a full suite of cloud-enabled, biometric authentication solutions to our customers,” said VoiceTrust CEO Alan Brousseau. “Together with BioID we are creating a complete set of secure, biometric authentication solutions across mobile, telephony and online communication channels for the enterprise, banking, insurance and telecommunication sectors.”

VoiceTrust’s suite of voice biometrics solutions provide users with secured authentication, offering a more cost-effective and convenient alternative to passwords, PINs, and security questions.

Previously reported, Delrand Resources Limited acquired VoiceTrust in September for CDN$27 million which was paid by the issuance of 36 million common shares in the capital of Delrand.
