Inference Solutions integrates ArmorVox voice biometrics into SaaS voice automation solution

Inference Solutions announced it has integrated Auraya Systems’ ArmorVox voice biometrics into the Inference Studio SaaS voice automation solution, which allows customers to create complex voice applications in the cloud.

Integrating ArmorVox into the Inference Studio platform will ensure that Inference customers are able to verify caller identity quickly and easily without having to go through the tedious process of answering security questions.

Based on Auraya’s patented language independent Speaker Adaptive Voice Biometric algorithms, ArmorVox combines text-dependent, text-independent, text-prompted, fast cross matching and gender detection into a single voice biometric software system.

As a result, ArmorVox partners are able to implement optimized voice biometrics to meet all their end-users specific business, security and linguistic needs.

ArmorVox’s commercial deployments has reached nearly two million enrolments in Australia, New Zealand, the US, UK, Canada and Germany as it continues to provide applications for government, banking, financial services, healthcare, IT services, national security and smartphone apps.

The partnership between Inference Solutions and ArmorVox creates a unique offering to the market. Inference Studio is the only SaaS voice automation platform which allows users to design and build their own voice biometric applications using a simple web based interface.

“Incorporating voice biometrics into your enterprise has typically been an expensive proposition,” said Callan Schebella, CTO of Inference Solutions. “By integrating ArmorVox into Inference Studio we are now able to offer biometrics at a price point that is accessible to a much wider audience. It will be exciting to see the types of applications that our customers will develop.”

ArmorVox is now available to customers on all Inference Solutions points of presence.
