Canadian biometrics firm Entertech Systems has joined BioTalent Canada as a top-growth employer.

As part of BioTalent Canada’s network, top-growth or ‘showcase employers’ can leverage BioTalent Canada’s position within the sector to facilitate access to skilled talent and the collaboration between the organizations has already proven to be helpful in attracting talented new graduates.

“When an organization has a goal like ours, the people are so critical for us to be able to continue to push forward – replacing outdated processes with biometrics,” said Jeff Crews, President of Entertech Systems. “Through our partnership with BioTalent Canada we have been able to identify and bring on a ton of new graduates who have been instrumental to the success of our business in the past six months. They bring new ideas, drive, passion and a unique skillset which will continue to push us forward as we move along this quest.”

As a partner of BioTalent Canada, Entertech Systems joins one of Canada’s largest national biotechnology networks, comprised of over 30 national, provincial and private sector partners.

“BioTalent Canada’s top-hiring employers recruit 50% or more of their new hires through our job board, The PetriDish, or through projects that aim to alleviate the skills shortage within biotech by tapping into underutilized talent pools like new grads,” said Rob Henderson, President and CEO of BioTalent Canada. “Entertech Systems has been a champion in hiring new grads. I am pleased to have them as a partner.”

BioTalent Canada’s other partners include Innovative Medicines Canada, BIOTECanada, MEDEC, Canadian Renewable Fuels Association (CRFA), Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) and Porter Airlines. This network gives partners a direct channel and exposure to thousands of employers and job seekers.
