Entertech says its identity management platform ‘the standard’ for biometric integrations in access control industry

Suprema partner Entertech Systems is saying that its BioConnect identity management platform has become the standard for biometric integrations in the access control industry.

“Each access control management solution has very different roles and requirements,” said Rob Douglas, Founder and CEO of Entertech Systems Inc. “Through our partnerships, we created a standardized biometric platform with a world-class biometrics partner, Suprema giving us the ability to configure successful solutions based on rightful identity – resulting in a simple unified approach for an enterprise to integrate biometrics into their access control strategy.”

The Suprema line of devices, including fingerprint authentication, facial recognition, and RF cards, are integrated into these systems through the BioConnect identity platform.

“We are very pleased to announce that our customers have access to a seamless and cost effective option for the integration of biometrics into existing access control systems,” said Young S. Moon VP of Suprema Inc. “Along with Suprema BioStar access control platform, the BioConnect integration solution will provide customers with multiple solution options for maximum convenience and benefits through use of biometrics.”

Suprema and BioConnect will be at ISC West in Las Vegas from April 6 to 8.

Entertech recently released a white paper discussing the deployment of Suprema biometric hardware for access control at City Lifeline, a data center in central London.
