Distribution partnership opens up Irish security market for ievo

A new distribution partnership with Northwood Technology can open up the security market in Ireland for ievo. ievo is a UK-based biometrics company that focuses on the design, manufacture and distribution of internal and external fingerprint recognition products.

Dublin’s Northwood Technology was the first ISO 9001 accredited security distribution company in Ireland. The company specializes in the design and installation of bespoke security systems for clients ranging from independent installers to government bodies and commercial entities throughout the country.

The distribution partnership provides Irish customers access to ievo’s biometric products including its CPNI (Centre for the Protection of National Infrastructure) approved fingerprint readers and allows ievo to benefit from Northwood’s targeted approach and strong reputation within the Irish security sector.

“As a company, we aim to provide top class service with industry leading products,” commented Paul Hennessey, managing director of Northwood Technology. “We were impressed at ievo’s ability to partner with a wide range of access control and time & attendance platforms while its modular system also means that biometric solutions can be integrated with traditional security systems efficiently, saving both the end user and installer time and money. We are now able to provide the most effective biometric solution on the market to our customers.”
