Green Bit appoints new Sales VP

Green Bit Americas, Inc., a fast growing biometric fingerprint company, recently announced that it has appointed Nadia Reid as its new vice president for sales and business development.

Green Bit designs and produces a complete catalogue of high-end FBI certified fingerprint livescan systems specifically designed for clients in law enforcement and government. The comprehensive livescan product portfolio addresses all applications requiring high quality fingerprint enrollment and identification.

Reid will join the company to further develop its growing portfolio of regional and national accounts within Canada and the United States. She joins the firm after a six-year stint as Sales Director at Laxton Group Limited, one of the largest self service terminal, digital signage, digital music equipment and e-government jump kit manufacturers in the world.

Sergio Rainero, Green Bit’s Chief Operating Officer said: “Nadia’s experience and industry knowledge has already made her a key addition to the Green Bit family. We view her appointment as a sign of our commitment to being the leading company in our industry. Our new innovations and the increasing demand from our customers within the Americas markets led us to look for an addition to our team whom will fit in with our ethos of innovation and exceptional service, and it is very fortunate that we were able to find someone of Nadia’s calibre to fulfil this role. I’m confident that Nadia will play a key role in providing and implementing high quality solutions for our clients.”

Reid commented: “I am excited to take on this new challenge and venture within Green Bit and look forward to working with the team to further develop their already extensive biometric fingerprint product solutions and service suite. I am fortunate to be joining such a respected company that prides itself on top quality service.”
