Jenetric introducing Livetouch Quattro Mobile at FedID 2017
Jenetric will be introducing its Livetouch Quattro Mobile handheld scanner at this week’s Federal Identity & Homeland Security exhibition in Washington, DC.
The compact, lightweight device supports Windows and Android, is resistent to scratches, bright sun light, water and dust and enables the capture of tenprints and the scanning of documents and e-signatures. Four fingers can be scanned simultaneously and without a wired connection to a computer.
The battery-powered device communicates wirelessly with any tablets or laptops and is ideal for law enforcement, mobile border control, registration of refugees, entitlement programs or the verification of identities at major events.
Just last month the company announced that the Frankfurt Main airport has been using Jenetric’s Livetouch quattro fingerprint scanner for the past several months as part of the European Commission’s “Smart Borders” pilot project.
