IDEMIA setting up IdentoGO retail location in the Barclays Center

Barclays Center and IDEMIA, formerly OT–Morpho, have announced a new partnership to promote and implement identity and security services from IDEMIA’S IdentoGO solution at the Brooklyn venue, which is home to the NBA’s Brooklyn Nets and the NHL’s New York Islanders.

IdentoGO, the enrollment provider for the TSA Precheck Application Program, will offer enrollment into the program from an IdentoGO retail location in the Barclays Center which will be accessible from the street as well as from the arena’s main concourse. IdentoGO members will also be able to use a dedicated “fast pass” entrance into the building.

Barclays Center and IDEMIA will also work together on future security enhancements at the venue. In recent months, IDEMIA has signed similar deals with the New York Jets at MetLife stadium and the San Francisco 49ers at Levi’s stadium.

“Stadium and arena security are important to all of our communities,” said Ed Casey, CEO, IDEMIA’s Identity & Security Business. “Our value-added solutions will offer enhancements to both security as well as fan experience at these types of venues.”

Last year it was revealed that more than five million travelers have been registered in the TSA PreCheck program.
