Crossmatch announced it will be featuring its DigitalPersona composite authentication solution at the Gulf Information Security Expo and Conference (GISEC) next week in Dubai.

The DigitalPersona platform offers a range of authentication factors including one-time password (OTP) hardware and software tokens, smart cards, and behavioral and biometric methods, as well as mobile-based OTP, Bluetooth and proximity cards.

“Gulf state and Middle Eastern organizations have unique concerns regarding security, convenience and scalability that their current authentication solutions fail to address,” explained Richard Bechalany, Middle Eastern regional director for Crossmatch. “The DigitalPersona solution addresses these as well as the critical challenges of going beyond 2FA and MFA, providing complete security coverage, reducing the reliance on the user and offering rapid adaptability in an ever-changing threat environment.”

Crossmatch maintains a regional office in Dubai and has a history of providing identity management solutions to governments and enterprises in the Gulf region. Last year the company’s Verifier Sentry biometric handheld was deployed by Saudi Arabian authorities to confirm Haji permits.
