About 600 visitors attended Biometrics HITech Summit 2018 last month in São Paulo, Brazil. The three day event took place at the Fecomercio Events Center.
Ismael Akiyama, CEO of the Akiyama, was one of 20 speakers at the summit and discussed “The evolution of the biometric registration: from mobile to self-service.”
The company presented its Akys-10 Biometric Camera. It uses a dual xenon flash for capturing identity photos and for biometric signatures and a single USB cable for power and communication.
In addition to the biometric camera, Akiyama also presented complete solutions for pre-registration, registration and biometric authentication.
