LumenVox voice biometrics added to SmilePass authentication platform

LumenVox and SmilePass announced that voice recognition is now available within the SmilePass identity and authentication platform-as-a-service as a second factor authentication modality in addition to face matching, significantly enhancing the ability to be certain of a user’s identity.

The organizations will be working together to ensure customers can benefit from the platform, with combined marketing efforts and global sales presence.

“With the embedding of LumenVox technology into the SmilePass platform, enterprises can be assured that their users experience of biometrically authenticating themselves will be significantly enhanced, providing a better sense that their identities are being protected,” explained LumenVox CEO Edward Miller.

LumenVox merged operations with VoiceTrust last month.
