Causeway Technologies acquires biometric workforce management specialist Donseed

 

Causeway Technologies, a UK provider of software solutions to the construction industry, has acquired Donseed UK Ltd. Donseed is a UK company best known for its cloud-based biometric time and attendance and access control solutions for the construction and engineering sectors.

Causeway’s cloud solutions enable construction-based organizations to transform their commercial performance, digitizing frontline business operations that span the entire construction lifecycle, from design, bidding, trading and contracting through to operation and maintenance.

Donseed workplace management solutions are being deployed across a wide range of temporary, mobile and permanent workplaces and integrate mobile-enabled biometric hardware, advanced web-hosted technology and facial recognition technology to improve business performance. According to the company website, Donseed has delivered cost savings and management efficiencies to over 1,000 sites throughout the UK and Ireland.

This acquisition is expected to strengthen Causeway’s ability to help customers further increase control and improve productivity.
